The story of the piece
A white shirt in Italian poplin, a clean collar, and a secret on the cuff: a jasmine-coloured tatreez embroidery revealed only by rolling up the sleeve.
East and West
The run filled in three weeks: 40 of 40 pieces reserved. Production now runs between the Nablus workshop (embroidery) and the Rome atelier (making).
From the workshop
Aug 23 — Rome, atelier
First 20 pieces cut; quality check on the collars and a fit test on the sample size.
Aug 18 — Nablus
Cuff embroidery completed for half the run: every motif is stitched by hand and signed by its embroiderer.
